Easy Fruity Pebbles Marshmallow Cookies

Super soft, chewy easy Fruity Pebble Marshmallow Cookies are a hit with kids and adults alike! No chilling of dough is needed, this sweet treat is ready in no time!


Step 1: Dry Ingredients:  Whisk flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a medium bowl.

Step 2: Cream Butter: In a mixer with a paddle attachment, cream butter until smooth.

Step 3: Add Sugars & Salt: Beat in granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt for 2 minutes.

Step 4: Wet Ingredients: Mix in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.

Step 5: Combine Dry & Wet: Add flour mixture to wet ingredients on low speed until just combined.

Step 6: Add-Ins: Fold in fruity pebbles and halved mini marshmallows.

Step 7:  Shape dough into 2-tablespoon balls and place on prepared sheets.

Step 8:  Bake for 7-9 minutes. Let cookies cool on pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
