Banana Nutella Swirl Muffins

These banana Nutella muffins are full of banana flavor, moist, and perfectly swirled with rich chocolatey Nutella goodness.

Grab your ingredients: All-purpose flour Baking Soda & powder Salt Ground Cinnamon Ground Cloves Granulated Sugar  Eggs Ripe Bananas Sour Cream Melted Butter Buttermilk Vanilla  Nutella

Mix dry Ingredients:  Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and cloves together in a large bowl. Set aside.

Mix wet Ingredients:  Whisk together sugar and eggs in a medium-sized bowl for about 30 seconds.

After whisking eggs and sugar for 30 seconds it looks like this.

Add in the rest of the  wet ingredients:  Whisk in the buttermilk, melted butter, sour cream, vanilla, and bananas. Mix until incorporated.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

Whisk together wet and dry ingredients:  Mix until there are no signs of flour. Do not overmix.

Scoop and Swirl. Scoop the batter and fill tin about 3/4 of the way full.  Add soften Nutella and swirl with a toothpick.

Scooped and Swirled, now bake!

Bake at 400ºF,  for 20-22 minutes more and until golden brown and the toothpick inserted comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs.
